Cotton shibori-dyed by HB, eco-batting.
A wee maple leaf to represent Canada and the interdependence we share between our countries. A little birch leaf to represent the Acadian Forest of Nova Scotia. Used fabric over dyed with rust represent our need to conserve & to give more humbly. Embroidery motif of a pre-contact Mi Kmaq petroglyph of a Great Blue Heron represents our need to look to past to generations for ways to live more peaceful lives.

We use natural, man-made and recycled fibers.
A small contribution from our school to your great project. Interdependence of individuals and everything around them is reflected in our everyday life, and so we want to be… Nature=Life.
